In February 2014, the government committed support until 2020 to provide financial support for PE in Primary Schools. Every primary school in the country was given on average £9,250 at the start of the 2014/15 academic year which was to be spent on sport. The government advised headteachers to hire specialist sports coaches and also confirmed that the money must be spent on sport, as PE is now an OFSTED observed lesson in primary schools. Along with this, they said that the coaches they wish to bring in must work closely alongside the teachers to ensure they are developing professionally in a sporting environment.

As a result of this provision, Louis decided to expand an already established tennis coaching company into a multi-sports coaching company which would follow these government guidelines and provide top quality PE in primary schools.

Louis has always had a strong passion for coaching young children and has been doing this since the age of 16. He has 9 years experience teaching and coaching children in primary schools and from September 2013 to July 2014 he co-ordinated sport in an international school in the Bahamas. It was when he got back that he had the idea of taking advantage of the government funding for sport and expanded 6 love into a multi-sports company.

Louis has a philosophy which caters for children of all abilities. He believes in competitive nature but has a strong focus on inclusion. Above all else, he realises that fun is the most important factor within children's sport and always puts a strong element of this in every one of his sessions. He is extremely enthusiastic about coaching children and always encourages them to get the most out of physical activity.
